Headworks is well-respected throughout the industry for the durability and low life cycle costs of its screening equipment, and its bio-treatment MBBR/IFAS offerings have achieved market recognition for their innovative application in multiple industry and municipal segments. I look forward to contributing to this exciting time in the Company’s development.”

Ian Fagelson joined the board as a non-executive director. He is currently a senior partner in the London office of global law firm Reed Smith. Mr. Fagelson has more than 30 years of experience advising on company law in the public and the private sectors, banking, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.
