Mechanical Designer/Draftsman

Headworks International is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Designer/Draftsman. A background in the industrial (and municipal) wastewater treatment industry is a plus. Must be proficient with 3D design and detailing using Solidworks. In this position you will be part of the entire product development and process design team collaborating with sales, manufacturing, procurement and marketing to deliver an innovative, quality and profitable product. Since the equipment is sometimes sold as a system, experience in the creation of P&ID’s, piping design, instrumentation, aeration systems, mechanical mixers, blowers and pumps is preferred.

Sales Manager - BIO/Process

Headworks is seeking a Sales Manager - BIO/Process.  Responsible for managing sales and business development for Headworks BIO-Process international business.  Develop sales strategies for Headworks' MBBR/IFAS based process equipment lines in the current markets and work with the Executive Team to analyze future markets.  Drive sales growth through direct sales as well as relationships with OEM partners and independent sales representatives.

Regional Manager Sales - Eastern or Western US

Headworks is seeking an experienced Regional Manager of Sales for the direction, management and coordination of Sales and Marketing activities in regions of the United States and Canada.  This role works with internal sales personnel and the company's outside sales representative force to ensure response to customer requests.  You will build a balanced pipeline of projects for the overall business in the region.  Working closely with marketing personnel to develop sales and marketing tools.  This position will coordinate with engineerig, procurement, manufacturing and accounting functions to provide effective customer service.
